Background

Chef/owner Matthias Fröschl opened his restaurant in historic downtown Campbell, California in June 2011. Named for Vienna’s famous open air produce market, it features modern Austrian cuisine and an Austrian wine list.

 

Challenge

Matthias called on Bernd Gerwig to help him develop the wine list, train the staff, and set up the Aloha sales system.

 

Results

4 ½ stars on both Yelp and Trip Advisor attest to the restaurant’s success.
